1. Subscription Plans
ORA offers the following subscription plans:
- • Free: Basic features with limited functionality
- • Essentials: Monthly subscription with essential features for content creators
- • Pro: Monthly subscription with advanced features and analytics
- • Elite: Monthly subscription with premium features and priority support
All paid subscriptions are billed monthly. Subscriptions can be purchased through Apple's App Store (iOS) or our website (Stripe). Subscription prices are subject to change with 30 days notice. Both payment methods provide the same features and access.
2. Payment Terms
Payment and billing depend on your chosen payment method:
- • App Store Payments: Processed through your Apple ID account. Apple handles all payment processing, taxes, and billing
- • Website Payments: Processed securely through Stripe. We use PCI-DSS compliant payment processing. Your payment information is encrypted and never stored on our servers
- • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly on the same date each month
- • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- • Price Changes: We will notify you of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via email. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect
- • Taxes: Prices displayed may not include applicable taxes. For App Store subscriptions, Apple calculates and charges taxes. For website subscriptions, taxes are calculated based on your billing address
- • Payment Failure: If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again. After multiple failed attempts, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled
3. Subscription Activation
Your subscription becomes active immediately upon successful payment:
- • Immediate Access: Once payment is confirmed by Apple, you gain immediate access to your subscribed plan features
- • Verification: We verify your subscription with Apple's servers to ensure payment was successful
- • Sync Across Devices: Your subscription status syncs across all devices when you sign in with the same account
- • Activation Time: In most cases, activation occurs within seconds. In rare cases, it may take up to 24 hours
4. Cancellation and Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- • How to Cancel: Cancel through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → ORA → Cancel Subscription
- • Effective Date: Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access until the period ends
- • No Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. Apple's refund policy applies to all purchases
- • Apple Refund Policy: For refund requests, contact Apple Support. Refunds are subject to Apple's terms and conditions
- • Immediate Cancellation: If you cancel during a billing period, you will continue to have access until the end of that period
5. Subscription Renewal
Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled:
- • Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period
- • Renewal Date: You will be charged on the same date each month
- • Payment Failure: If payment fails, your subscription will be suspended until payment is successful
- • Notification: Apple will notify you before each renewal charge
- • Price Changes: If the subscription price increases, you will be notified and can choose to cancel
6. Restore Purchases
You can restore your previous purchases:
- • Restore Button: Use the "Restore Purchases" button in the app to restore subscriptions purchased on other devices
- • Same Apple ID: Purchases are tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device using the same Apple ID
- • Verification: Restored purchases are verified with Apple's servers to confirm validity
- • Active Subscriptions: Only active subscriptions can be restored. Expired subscriptions cannot be restored
7. Service Availability
We strive to provide continuous service, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access:
- • Uptime: We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
- • Maintenance: Scheduled maintenance may temporarily interrupt service. We will provide notice when possible
- • No Refunds for Downtime: Service interruptions do not entitle you to refunds or credits
- • Feature Changes: We may modify, add, or remove features at any time. Core features will remain available
8. User Eligibility and Registration
To subscribe to ORA, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:
- • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher). If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent's or guardian's permission to subscribe
- • Geographic Availability: ORA subscriptions are available in countries where the App Store supports in-app purchases. Some features may vary by region
- • Apple ID: You must have a valid Apple ID with a payment method on file
- • Account Registration: You must create an ORA account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
- • Device Compatibility: Subscriptions are available on iOS devices (iPhone and iPad) running iOS 13.0 or later
- • Single User: Each subscription is for individual use only. Sharing your account credentials is prohibited
9. License Grant and Restrictions
License Grant: Subject to your compliance with this agreement, ORA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the ORA service for your personal or business use as a content creator.
Restrictions: You agree not to:
- • Share, sell, rent, or transfer your subscription or account to any third party
- • Attempt to circumvent payment, reverse engineer, or hack the service
- • Use the service for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose
- • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the service
- • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the service
- • Remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices
- • Use the service in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations
Ownership: All rights, title, and interest in and to the ORA service remain the exclusive property of ORA and its licensors.
10. Usage Terms and Acceptable Use
When using ORA, you agree to:
- • Use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this agreement
- • Provide accurate and truthful information when creating your account and using the service
- • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- • Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations
- • Respect the intellectual property rights of ORA and third parties
- • Not use the service to transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
- • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers connected to the service
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your subscription without refund.
11. Information Use and Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. By subscribing, you agree to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy:
- • Data Collection: We collect information necessary to provide and improve the service, including account information, usage data, and subscription status
- • Payment Information: Payment information is processed by Apple and Stripe. We do not store your full payment details
- • Data Usage: We use your data to provide services, process transactions, send notifications, and improve our service
- • Data Sharing: We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist in operating the service, subject to confidentiality obligations
- • Data Security: We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security
- • Your Rights: You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy

12. Suspension and Termination
We may terminate your subscription if:
- • You violate this agreement or our Terms of Service
- • Payment fails repeatedly
- • You engage in fraudulent activity
- • We discontinue the service (with 30 days notice)
Upon termination, you will lose access to premium features immediately, but your data will be retained according to our Privacy Policy.
13. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us at support@my.ora.co to attempt to resolve the dispute informally.
Binding Arbitration: If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, you agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to this agreement or the service will be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.
- • Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- • You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action lawsuit
- • Arbitration will take place in the jurisdiction where you reside or where ORA is located
- • Each party will bear their own costs and attorney's fees, unless the arbitrator determines otherwise
Exceptions: This arbitration clause does not apply to disputes that qualify for small claims court or where prohibited by applicable law.
14. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this subscriber agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices:
- • Notification: We will notify you of material changes via email or through the app at least 30 days before they take effect
- • Continued Use: Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated agreement
- • Objection: If you do not agree to the changes, you may cancel your subscription before the changes take effect
- • Review: We encourage you to review this agreement periodically to stay informed of any updates
The "Last updated" date at the top of this page indicates when the agreement was last revised.
15. Additional Provisions
Entire Agreement: This subscriber agreement, together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, constitutes the entire agreement between you and ORA regarding your subscription.
Severability: If any provision of this agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign or transfer this agreement or your subscription without our prior written consent. We may assign this agreement to any third party.
Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where ORA is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, or internet outages.
