2. Age Requirements and Eligibility

5. Subscription Terms and In App Purchases
Auto Renewable Subscriptions
ORA offers auto renewable subscriptions through the Apple App Store:
- • Subscription Duration: Subscriptions are available in monthly or annual billing periods
- • Auto Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- • Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
- • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
- • Free Tier: ORA offers a free tier that allows you to use the app with limited features. You can upgrade to a paid subscription at any time
Cancellation and Refunds
- • Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID account settings or by contacting us
- • Refund Policy: Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds for App Store purchases
- • Refund Requests: To request a refund, contact Apple Support or visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- • No Refunds for Partial Periods: Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for the unused portion of your subscription period
- • Restore Purchases: You can restore previous purchases using the "Restore Purchases" feature in the app

- • Payment Processors: Apple App Store (for subscription and payment processing)
- • Cloud Services: Supabase (for data storage and backend services)
- • AI Services: OpenAI (for contract analysis and insights)
- • Analytics: We use analytics services to improve our Service
These third party services have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms.
10. AI and Automated Decision Making
ORA uses artificial intelligence to provide certain features and insights:
- • AI Features: Contract analysis, dashboard insights, and recommendations
- • Data Processing: AI processes your contract text and collaboration data to provide insights and recommendations
- • Contract Analysis: AI analyzes contract text to identify key terms, potential issues, and provide recommendations. Contract text is sent to our AI service provider (OpenAI) for analysis
- • Automated Decisions: Some features use automated decision making. You have the right to request human review of automated decisions
- • Transparency: We will inform you when AI is used in decision making processes
- • Opt-Out: You can choose not to use AI features, though this may limit functionality
Note: Rate calculations use predefined formulas and industry benchmarks, not AI. Social media statistics are manually entered by you, not collected via API.
11. Service Availability and Modifications
We strive to provide reliable service, but:
- We may temporarily suspend service for maintenance or updates
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features
- We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes
- Service availability is not guaranteed 100% of the time
- We are not liable for service interruptions beyond our reasonable control
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ORA shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- • Service interruptions or downtime
- • Third-party actions or content
- • Security breaches beyond our reasonable control
- • Errors or omissions in content or data
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ORA, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees)
arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
14. Termination
Your Right to Terminate
You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon termination, your access will be revoked, but data may be retained as required by law.

We may terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms, engage in prohibited activities, or for any reason with 30 days notice. We may terminate immediately for serious violations.

- 3. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association
- 4. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable EU law. For users outside the EU, these terms are subject to the laws of your jurisdiction, with EU law taking precedence where applicable.

If you are using ORA from outside the United States:
- • Data Transfers: Your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries
- • EU Users: We comply with GDPR and use Standard Contractual Clauses for data transfers outside the EEA
